First of all, thank you for showing interest in our guild. Please take some time to read to the following rules and guidelines. They will answer a lot of questions you may have about guild interaction and our raid rules. You will also find helpfull tips for your application if you choose to join us.

If you cannot comply to some of these rules or guidelines, be sure to indicate    this on your application. We can always try to find a solution together. Feel free to ask questions to our officers. Do not ask us about the progress of your application ( ! ). We try to make a decision about applicants within the week. You can assume that if a week has passed without a reply to your application, you did not make a trial.

Guild behaviour

You must be max level (80 at the time of writing). Not level 80 in three days, 80 now.

You must be at least 18 years old. If you are younger than 18 but feel mature to be in our guild, make sure your behavior (and application) demonstrates this.

When wearing our guild tag, think before you act.

Have a sense of humor. We will both laugh with you and at you (sometimes).

Comply to the occasional officer request. They will be reasonable.

Raid expectations

During raids, we expect you to follow the raid leader's orders.

You are able to raid five to six days a week. Typically these are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Though Friday and Saturday will remain as "off-days" there is a chance that a raid will still happen if there are enough available members online to do so.

You are able to stay on raids from 7:00pm till 00:00am. (Game time)

New members are expected to achieve at least 75% raid attendance within their trial period, or their trial will be terminated.

You must have the best gear that is available to you. Bear in mind that we are progressing in the latest raid instances, so we need you to be fully prepared to raid in there with us. Your gear has to be enchanted and gemmed with the best quality augments that are available to you. There are no exceptions to this.

You must be willing to respec your talents to fit our needs. We will not ask you to permanently take a different role in raids, but if the situation occurs where we need you in your offspec, we will require you to respec.

You know your class like the back of your hand. You know how to play it. You know what buffs and consumables are good for you, and where to acquire them.

You must have Ventrilo installed and listen during raids. Having a microphone is not required. Speaking is a bonus though, as we want to get to know you. We really are a social bunch, who enjoy a laugh too, so don't be shy on vent.

Don't be fooled: You will wipe, you will die, you will pay repairs. An end-game guild is not a free pass to epics.

Application requirements and pointers

We want all applications to be well written. You do not have to write a full essay, but it doesn't hurt if you elaborate. Let the application process take its time. We need time to evaluate your application, and showing some patience here can go a long way. Furthermore, answer any questions we might have, both in-game and on the forum. The more information that is available to us, the faster we can judge the application.

If you are applying from another realm, bear in mind that we cannot guarantee that you will pass trial if you do get invited. When you have transfered your character, you will be treated the same way as people.

We do not take package deals. If you and your friends want to join, you are taking the risk that not all of you get invited or pass their trial period.

Link to the Armory where asked (we need to see your gear). Linking to Thottbot is not a valid solution, and saying "random blues/epics" is definitely not enough. If you can't figure out how to link a profile, well... Bummer.

If you can't be bothered to spellcheck and proofread your application, we can't be bothered to read it.

In most cases your application is the first impression we get of you. Make it a good impression.

f you are sending in an e-mail application, do not expect a reply back, if you do not receive a reply within a week, you most likely didn't make it.

The reason why you left your previous guilds does not include trash talk about them.

If you are going to quit playing next week, or run off to another guild, don't apply. We want people who are in for the long-run.

Copying someone else's application will get you nowhere, fast.

Whispering the GM/Officers will make them grumpy. Don't whisper us saying you have posted an application. We check these forums several times per day, if we need to contact you, we will.

If your application is still on the site after a week and you have not heard from your classes class leader, we have most likely tried (and failed) to find you online to talk to you. Then, and only then, you should contact an officer or your classes class leader to check what's up with your application.

You can make your application on our forums

Good luck!
